Step away from screens and awaken your body and mind in a week-long journey through your senses. From January 11–15, 2027, Able’s Winter FIVE SENSES Camp in Chiang Mai challenges teens to reconnect with the physical world, sharpen perception, and explore creativity through hands-on, movement-rich experiences.
 
At our camp, teens will:
 
👅 Taste the Rainbow in Creative Cooking
Prepare and cook colorful, nutritious meals, exploring flavors that fuel both body and brain.
 
✋ Feel the World Through Action
Build and create with tools, learn outdoor survival skills, and challenge yourself with team-based physical games that push coordination and strength.
 
👂 Listen Beyond the Noise
Practice deep listening in nature, rhythmic drumming circles, and group challenges that require silent cooperation and focus.
 
👃 Smell the Story of the Environment
Explore scents from the forest, kitchen, and workshop—learning how aromas influence memory, mood, and performance.
 
👀 See with New Eyes
Spot natural patterns, navigate with maps and compasses, and experience night vision stargazing at NARIT Observatory.
