Refund Request and Policy

At Able Camps, we understand the inconveniences cancellations may cause for both our participants and our organization. Our goal is to maintain fairness while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Thailand.

Please choose the type of refund that applies to your situation:

25% Refund – For cancellations made at least 14 days before the camp start date.

30% Refund – For cancellations due to verified medical reasons submitted no later than 72 hours before the camp starts. A valid doctor’s note is required.

100% Refund – For cancellations initiated by Able Camps (excluding any third-party payment gateway fees).

Voucher for Future Camp (100% Value) – May be considered for cancellations submitted at least 2 weeks before the camp start date. Voucher is transferable and may be given as a gift. It is valid for any future Able Camp that is not fully booked, must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance, and applies only if Able Camps continues to operate future programs.

Optimised Refund Options (Aligned with Master Policy)

Able Camps Complete Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 2025

At Able Camps, we are committed to providing enriching and safe experiences for all participants. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have updated our refund policy to balance participant needs and operational requirements. By registering for our camps, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

1. Participant Cancellations

a. Cancellations 14+ Days Before the Camp Start Date

25% refund.
Or a voucher for the full amount, valid for a future Able Camp (see section e).

b. Cancellations Within 14 Days of the Camp Start Date

No refunds.
Voucher option may apply (see section e).

This policy is necessary to cover non-recoverable expenses such as:

Pre-ordered materials (e.g., T-shirts, supplies)
Staff salaries and training
Venue and activity reservations

c. Medical Cancellations

30% refund if:
- Submitted no later than 72 hours before the camp start date.
- A valid doctor’s note is provided via the Refund Request Form.

d. Cancellations Initiated by Able Camps

100% refund (excluding third-party payment gateway fees).

e. Voucher Option for Future Camps

Available if submitted at least 2 weeks before the camp start date.
Transferable (may be gifted).
Valid only for camps not fully booked.
Must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
Valid only if Able Camps continues to operate future programs.

2. Cancellations by Able Camps

100% refund (excluding third-party payment fees).
Refunds processed via the same payment platform.

Recommendation for Direct Payments:

To minimize fee deductions, we recommend:

Thai Banks (local transfers)
AliPay or WeChat Pay (China)
Pix (Brazil)
Other direct methods (as available)

3. Refund Requests Due to Recent News Events

May receive up to 30% refund.
Must be submitted at least 7 days before the camp start date.
Requests reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds not guaranteed.

4. Refund Request Process

Submit via the designated Refund Request Form.
Processed within 15 business days of receiving the completed request.

5. Behavioral Policy

Participants must respect the emotional and physical boundaries of others.
Disrespectful or harmful behavior may result in removal from camp.
No refunds in such cases.

6. Compliance and Feedback

Policy complies with Thai laws and regulations.

Please consider registration carefully to avoid last-minute cancellations.
Able Camps reserves the right to revise this policy. Updates will be communicated promptly.
