The Able Facilitator Certification is a 5-day, intensive professional development immersion designed specifically for elite educators ready to leave the 2D matrix of time blocks, classroom walls, and standardized metrics.

This is not a traditional teacher training; it is a complete deconditioning. Over five days in the living ecosystems of Northern Thailand, you will master the 5D Mindset, transforming from an institutional teacher into a regenerative facilitator capable of leading high-trust micro-communities.

Module Focus: The Earth Element This specific July cohort is dedicated to the Earth Element (Lam). You will learn the exact operational and biological protocols to ground a group, establish boundaries, and facilitate material regeneration.

The Zero-Facility Model: Learn the exact risk architecture and transition rituals required to hold space safely in wild environments without relying on walls for containment.
Sanskrit Technology: Master daily vibrational alignment (the Lam protocol) to anchor your own nervous system, ensuring you can co-regulate your students instead of reverting to punitive discipline.
Regenerative Project-Based Learning (RPBL): Move beyond traditional "poster board" assignments. You will learn to facilitate real-world outputs—such as Native Species Micro-Corridors and soil improvement projects—that leave the land measurably better.
Interpersonal Neurobiology: Replace behavioral management with the Agreements Circle, the
Group Health Matrix, and Narrative Medicine interventions.
