Nature Summer Air Camp Chiang Mai: The Space to Wonder
There is a different kind of freedom found in the open air. From July 5–9, 2027, Able’s Air Nature Summer Camp in Chiang Mai invites children ages 5 to 9 to step out of the noise and into a wider world of play and discovery. Inspired by the element of Air, this gentle yet adventurous week-long expedition encourages young minds to breathe with intention, build their emotional vocabulary, and discover the joy of creating in the living world.
At our camp, little explorers will:
🌬 Build Emotional Awareness Through daily Opening and Closing Circles and activities like building the "Windmill of Emotions," campers practice mindfulness and develop the foundational vocabulary to share their feelings in a safe, supportive space.
🪁 Design & Engineer (Project-Based Learning) Over the course of the week, children will work collaboratively to design, build, and test a "thing that can fly." They will learn through playful trial, error, and imagination until their creation finally takes to the sky on Friday.
🌄 Explore Movement & Freedom Engage in daily outdoor adventures—from safely hiking the ancient rock formations of Pha Chor to exploring the waters of Montha Than Waterfall and completing fun wilderness scavenger hunts.
🌍 Gain Planetary Perspectives Campers will visit the Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden to learn about nature's patterns, feel the natural warmth of local Hot Springs, and participate in an engaging National Geographic-certified class on caring for the air we breathe.

✨ Mindful Social-Emotional Learning (MSEL) – The power of the pause. Children cultivate early emotional literacy and empathy. Daily reflection circles give them a warm space to process their feelings and make friends.
✨ Regenerative Project-Based Learning (RPBL) – Move beyond the classroom. Hands-on projects—like building flying objects—teach teamwork and problem-solving, showing young minds that their ideas can come to life.
✨ Holistic Nature-Based Education (HNBE) – Nature is the ultimate teacher. Immersed in Chiang Mai’s forests, waterfalls, and gardens, children connect deeply with the living world to regulate their energy and build authentic confidence.
