From July 20–24, 2026, Able’s Summer AIR Camp in Chiang Mai challenges teens to rise above limitations, discover new perspectives, and explore the freedom of imagination while developing leadership, creativity, and resilience.
At our camp, teens will:

Practice mindfulness, meditation, and breathing techniques that foster clarity, focus, and emotional balance.
🪁 Explore Movement & Freedom
Engage in outdoor adventures like climbing, hiking, and flying kites—experiencing the joy of movement in nature’s open spaces.

Visit mountaintops and forest lookouts, learning about ecosystems, weather patterns, and the science of the air we breathe.

Use theater, music, and storytelling to give voice to ideas and emotions, cultivating confidence in self-expression.
